10 Years of GTconsult by Craig Tarr - CEO

This month marks the 10th anniversary of GTconsult. Most people remark at a time like this that those years flew by, I however do not feel this is the case.  We have lived those 10 years fully, expanding to new countries, trying out new business ventures and experimenting with concepts new to the market.  We have always fought hard in what many considered to be out of our weight category,  striving to remain relevant in a market where our competition has always been much larger, and connected with our customer base through existing relationships and contracts.  

It has always been our entrepreneurial spirit and hunger to drive changes for the better that has shown our excellence and allowed us to operate for these 10 years. The sheer fact that a technology company whose focus is on improving productivity and lowering total cost of ownership through developing best of breed solutions has never used or opened Visual Studio to develop anything pays testament to our commitment that there is always a better way that can be provided with your existing stack of technology and built in a fashion that gives the product longevity. 

So, we begin this new chapter of teenage-hood with bright eyes, knowing we have weathered the previous storms. We do so with a new look, our 10th Anniversary branding. You will be seeing our new logo and branding emerging that depicts the company’s mission and vision.  When we make these changes we think hard about those goals and want them symbolized in our identity.  The vision is providing productivity through connectedness where our goal is constant improvement symbolised in our logo as the always upward arrow. Our team is strong symbolised by the honey bee inspired hexagon, one of nature's strongest shapes and symbols of working together, but also symbolises the pillars of our organisation. 

Whilst originally a services business we have transformed and taken our learnings, changed GTconsult to one of providing instant productivity through our innovative workbenches. Our new look products build on Microsoft 365 and utilising the power of Azure for AI possibilities and enterprise ready workflow has been born out of our 10 years of experience, giving customers Vendor Management, Helpdesk, Contract management, Employee onboarding and so much more. Our security offerings to keep your all-important data secure is a major focus of our infrastructure team with offerings to ensure you have peace of mind in the ever-riskier world of cyber security, and our support, to allow experts to manage your environments.  

I am so proud of our team and their achievements, but none of this is possible without our clients and partners, most of whom are long standing benefiting from all of our services and growing with us as partnerships of trust. Whilst the last two years have been hard, I appreciate the commitment of our clients to stick with us in such difficult financial times.
