GTconsult provides outsourced managed services by nurturing and growing talent in niche IT technologies for businesses, around the world.

                

Here at GT, we focus on three main pillars; development, support and protection. 

A Team Development team focus on deployment assistance, custom development, change control, user adoption training, support, and migrations of your SharePoint, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.

A Team Support is located remotely around the world to accommodate our clients and specialize in the SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure platforms. A Team Support assists your business with taking care of first, second and third line support and any relevant maintenance query so that the internal IT support team has the capacity to focus on those projects that are important in moving the business forward. 

A Team Protection has been created for any business that is concerned about their security and actively wants to promote a secure IT culture within their business. We find vulnerabilities in your security systems, leverage them and help you secure your business from the inside and outside.

2. ​Your Go-To-People

We strongly believe that teamwork makes the dream work and everyone has a crucial and important role to play.

 

We've selected the best possible team members to steer the ship and enable productivity in your business.

 

Your Productivity Team will be comprised of an account manager, technical manager and project manager and I'm going to tell you what each other them do!

Your project manager will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Your project manager is there to communicate with you and give your regular updates and to make sure our team is not running into any roadblocks. Your project manager is there to ensure that everything is running smoothly and will deal with you and the account manager to ensure that we are always on track and deliver what we have promised.

Your technical manager is there to scope out your needs and make sure what you want to be done, can actually be done. Your technical manager will also be there to help our internal team should they run into any issues or roadblocks along the way. Your technical manager will be there to direct the team and make sure all your technical requirements are exactly as you want them or to make them better.

Your account manager is there to meet with you and discuss your needs. Your account manager will be your go-to person when you need to discuss billing, contract renewals, any changes or additions you need. Your account manager will take point initially and make sure your needs are being met and you are happy.

Justin Keeble 
Project Manager

Justin is our Project Manager in Cape Town. Justin has worn many hats in his career thus far as an Administrator, Broker Clerk, Sales Exec, MIS Analyst, System/Network Administrator, Project Manager, Lead Auditor and IT Manager. As a result Justin has adapted a shared service ability to manage versatile projects and

navigate compounded challenges. 

Scott McCann
​Technical Account Manager

Scott is our Technical Account Manager in Durban encompassing both roles of AM and TM. Scott has a drive for information technology within business. Through the technological inkling of his father, Scott found a very keen interest in computers & gadgets and it has grown from there. He has managed to gain over 10 years of experience working in roles ranging from technician to IT Managerial positions.

Nadine Augustine
​Operations Manager

Nadine is our Operations Manager for GTconsult and manages and directs our delivery teams across the company. Nadine has been in the design industry for over 10 years. She is a passionate and dedicated designer who’s work and design skills speaks for itself. She has delivered fantastic designs for many clients in different industries over the years and take much pride in her work

3. ​What to do in specific situations.

So now that you know who everyone is, I'm going to tell you what to do in specific situations.

 

Our team is ready to help and we're ready to meet all your needs. So this is who you need to contact in the following  situations.

 

If you have a support request, email your request to [email protected] or visit this link to submit a request.

Your ticket will be assigned to a member of our team and it will be resolved within SLA or we will contact you and let you know that status of the ticket.

 

If you have a request about a project, you will need to contact your PM (Project Manager). Your PM will have all the details, status updates and progress on your project. Alternatively, you can view the project on Zoho via this link.

 

If you have a question on accounts or billing, you will need to contact you AM (Account Manager). Your AM will be able to answer all your questions regarding your account or billing queries.

 

If you have any technical questions, your TM (Technical Manager) will be more than ready to assist you. Your TM will be able to give you a high-level, in-depth answer regarding any technical questions so may have.

4. ​Client Kick-off

Now that I've introduced you to the team, we should arrange a time for you to meet them.

 

The client kick off meeting with help everyone align their goals, priorities and tasks together and you will be able to finally meet everyone and get a feel of who you are working with. This is a really crucial part of the process as we want you to be comfortable with the team and know you can depend on them.


Your PM will be in contact with a suitable time for you to meet everyone.

5. Welcome to the ​A Team.

Our A Team is made up of some of the best SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Azure and Security Specialists in the world. We enable productivity daily and we make the impossible possible every day.

 

Now that you've made the best decision in the world, joining the A Team, I'd like to give you a rundown of what you can expect from us.

Roadmap and solution scoping. 

With our A Team, you will get a complete roadmap and solution scope of your project detailing exactly what you can expect from us. While we do our very best to ensure we stick to this roadmap, if for some very unlikely reason we don't stick to it, your PM and AM will be in communication to let you know what is the progress of your project.

Access to all of GT. 

As we've mentioned before, GTconsult is made up of some of the best developers, creators, artists, geniuses, testers, gurus, masters, PM's, AM's, and TM's. And because you joined the A Team, you now have full access to all of them! 

Monthly timesheets

We know it is important for you to see your investment working for you. As part of the A Team, you will get a detailed monthly timesheet showing you how many hours you have used for the month and how many have rolled over to the next month. @Nadine please help and fill in what else the monthly timesheet includes. 

6.  ​Planning Workshop

We hope you're getting well acquainted with our A Team. The A Team are your productivity enablers and they're really good at it!

In our many years of doing this, we have found it very important to have a planning workshop with you.

 

The purpose of the workshop is to discuss our plan of action, establish timelines and get everyone aligned so that our expectations are known and reasonable.

 

Your PM will be in touch with your shortly to set the date for the planning workshop and make sure we have a successful project together.
